What is Snack University?
Snack University is the Snyder’s-Lance approach to linking training and talent management under one branded program in order to create a culture of learning and development and build individual and organizational capability.
How does Snack University Work?
Snack University is available to all associates of Snyder’s-Lance on several different levels:
• Individual Contributors
• Leaders
• Leaders of Leaders
• Senior Leaders
• Executives
Snack University is available to assist Snyder’s-Lance associates in achieving professional goals, personal development and growth. These goals are typically outlined in the associate’s yearly performance review. All Snack University classes can be tracked and are kept on record through the Learning Management System to prove completion. The associate’s Snack University transcript can then be used to measure completion of goals and development.
Snack University Services
Snack University Faculty are like good doctors: we’ll assess your personal development, as well as the development of your team; we’ll create a customized “prescription” for the tools, training and experiences necessary to operate at maximum efficiency and capability. We realize that no two individuals or teams are exactly alike and may need different “prescriptions.” We will prescribe customized tools and training to put you on the right track to incorporate what you have learned into your daily team and management routines.
