At Snyder’s-Lance our success is directly connected to the achievements of our associates and we are proud to recognize their efforts.
In addition to receiving local accolades associates are recognized in company publications in celebration of major milestones, team celebrations, or key business initiatives they participate in.
Rather it’s an associate celebrating 30 years of service or a new associate celebrating their first year with the organization, the dedication of our associates are recognized through our Service Award and One Year Anniversary programs.
Everyday individuals demonstrate our company values in the way they conduct their jobs as they interact with other Snyder’s-Lance associates and our customers. That’s why we created our Winning as One Associate to Associate Recognition program, were an associates peer can send them a quick eCard and word of praise about how they are living our values. By simply be spotted and recognized by a peer living our values, the associated is automatically entered into our monthly Winning as One Award program where they can win additional recognition and rewards as well.
We are constantly looking for new ways to recognize and to reward outstanding performance at Snyder’s-Lance and as a result we will continue to introduce new programs to keep the recognition experience fun, and exciting.
