Snyder’s-Lance is proud of the achievements of our associates and wants to celebrate their milestones and successful performance. 

We are currently developing the recognition programs for our new Company to be offered to associates that align with our company goals, objectives and philosophy.

Recognizing Associates through Company Publications

Associates can be recognized in Company publications in celebration of major milestones, as part of team celebrations, or featured in articles highlighting the associate or the key business initiatives they participate in.

Associate Service Award Program

Our Service Award Program recognizes associates every 5 years on their anniversary date thanking them for their loyalty to the Company and acknowledging that our people make the difference.

In addition to being acknowledged in a presentation by their manager, associates are given the opportunity to select a merchandise award of their choice based on the years of service to the organization. 

Associates with Service Anniversary dates prior to August 1, 2011 will participate in the previous program and make their award selections from the old program. 

One Year Anniversary

After the completion of one year of service with the Company, associates are presented with a small token in celebration of the associate’s first year with Snyder’s–Lance.
