I cannot remember my UltiPro, EStub and/or Doculivery.com, Can I reset it?
Yes. Each of these applications offers the option to reset your password.  On the login screen for each application there is a “Forgot your password or Forgotten password” link.  Click this link and attempt to reset your password.   If you require further assistance accessing the applications, please contact the ERC at ercsupport@snyderslance.com, call at extension 1-8161, or 866-695-2623.

Who do I contact if I need to change my lifestyle classification?
Access the Employee Benefits Center by clicking here.  Login to the site as a Returning User.  Select the appropriate area to make your change to lifestyle classification.  If you require further assistance, please contact the ERC at ercsupport@snyderslance.com, call at extension 1-8161, or 866-695-2623.

Who can I contact with questions about my 401(k) or Roth 401(k)?

Where can I find my provider numbers?
All provider contact information can be found under the My Benefits section of this website.  Access the Employee Benefits Center by clicking here.  After logging in, select “Key Benefit Contacts” on the left to see a list of provider numbers.

I’ve lost a provider card…who should I contact to get a replacement?
Please contact our medical provider at 877-258-3334 for a medical card.  You do not have a provider card for dental or vision.
