Welcome to the Employee Resource Center.

The ERC is a service center for all Snyder’s-Lance associates staffed by HR professionals who handle HR related calls and emails. The ERC team prioritizes incoming HR related queries in order to best resolve the situation for the associate. The ERC advisors are an extension of your local HR team and work closely with local HR to provide you with excellent customer service. The ERC can assist you with:

The mission of the ERC is to value our associates, managers and external customers through the timely delivery of HR services and support to contribute to the overall success of our Company goals.
